由於紀念『劇場版 Fate/stay night Unlimited Blade Works』上映，製作《Fate/stay night TV Reproduction》特別編集版，並於2010年1月17日於BS-TBS撥出。DVD於2010年1月22日發行，一共兩集。 Fate/stay night TV Reproduction 是將原本的TV動畫版進行再編集，並且把片頭動畫進行重新製作。 「Fate/stay night TV reproduction I」 TV動畫第1集〜第12集總集篇 「Fate/stay night TV reproduction II」TV動畫第13集〜第24集總集篇。在粤剧舞台驰骋三十余载的名伶冷剑心，事业上功成名就，生活上却要面临人生的虎度门。其夫君生意失败，欲移民澳洲，要求剑心离开心爱的舞台；分离二十二年的亲生子阿俊为追求剧团的花旦出现在剑心面前，母子相见却不能相认。面对平凡、复杂的人生选择，侠骨柔肠的剑心思前想后，悲喜交集。真是人生如戏，醒时依旧在台前。。Chiara lives on an Atlantic island, where her husband Antoine grew up.
