No plans of any kind and nothing to grab onto, this is how the story of these dreamers begins.。主要講述中文老師盧文達（劉俊謙飾演）奈何教績強差人意，教學生涯一直徘徊在淘汰邊緣。同時校長（智叔飾演）計劃將學校轉為直資學校，而出身清貧、曾受惠於學校創辦人有教無類宗旨的林副校（秀雯飾演）認為此舉有違書院的辦學理念，不想讓學校變成貴族學店而設法阻止。於是她以轉長約為條件成功威逼利誘盧文達為她效命，暗中施計企圖拉倒轉直資的方案。。
