少年张三丰（关礼杰）原与师父觉远大师（鲍方）在少林看守藏经阁，不经意地悟道少林功夫，因而被逐出师门，更卷入武林漩涡。高沧海（骆应钧）要成为群雄领袖，最后终联手与海及蒙古人对抗。金人亡国公主完颜容若（梁佩玲）流落民间，因而结识三丰，二人共渡患难，情素互生，但却因灭金罪魁祸首火龙真人（罗乐林）的介入，二人感情遭遇连番波折。几经艰楚，三丰逐渐悟出太极深法，创出太极度拳，与海及蒙古人对抗，经过一场浩劫，容若为救三丰，与高沧海同归于尽，三丰在武当山开家立派，奠立武当派的万世基业！。A brother and sister move into an old seaside house they find abandoned for many years on the English coast.
