此文藝喜劇片為秦劍導演，王福齡配樂。故事描述李明珠（井莉）與朱國棟（金峰）同學變戀人，學成歸國，預備告知雙方父母後，便共結佳偶，卻不知兩者父親為死對頭，二人遂向母親提婚訊，直至寫請帖時，兩父方知，均反對婚事；後朱友代想出妙計，教朱、李裝死。朱父見愛子因婚姻不自由而死，竟答應死後成夫婦，朱、李馬上復活，朱父雖知上當，但仍答應婚事；但李父（梁醒波）識穿女兒扮鬼，更加固執，堅決不允許，更與朱父大打出手……。Alice and Niklas are happy, they lack nothing - but a child. After several failed invitros, they go on a holiday to Sardinia to leave their wish for a child behind. Right there, however, everything they tried to repress resurfaces.
